How we got here
We started because construction crews and event planners needed sanitation they could count on. Bellingham's weather, terrain and growth meant companies needed a local partner who understood the region. We've grown from portable toilets alone to the full spread: standard porta potty rental, deluxe flushable units, ADA accessible facilities, roll-off dumpsters, restroom trailers, storage containers and temporary fencing. A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, so you know exactly what you're getting. We service what we deliver. Every unit meets OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), which sets toilet counts based on worker count: 1 facility for 20 workers or fewer, 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up, and 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more.
What we do for construction
Job sites in Bellingham need more than toilets. You need dumpster rental that fits your debris schedule, handwashing stations if crews are applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) requires soap and towels or a hand drying device, and clear space to work. Temporary fencing keeps material secure and pedestrians safe. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we confirm site access before we book it. We pump and service on schedule. One service visit per week is standard for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week, per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, but we work with your crew's rhythm and site conditions.

What we do for events
Weddings, festivals, marathons and outdoor markets in Bellingham call for restrooms that don't look or feel like a job site. Deluxe flushable porta potties and luxury restroom trailers give guests an experience that matches your event. Wedding restroom rental and festival restroom rental pages detail what works for crowds of 50 or 500. ADA Standards section 213.2 says where you cluster single-user units, at least 5 percent, and never fewer than one, must be accessible. We design layouts so no guest walks more than they should and everyone has a clean, working facility. Deliveries happen the day before setup, service runs during the event if you need it, and we pull out as agreed.

Who we serve
Beyond Bellingham, we reach Geneva 3.8 miles east, Lynden 16.3 miles north and across Whatcom County. If you're doing home renovation, agricultural work, a film shoot or emergency disaster relief, we've handled it. Septic pumping and grease trap pumping keep residential and commercial systems running. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, driven by tank size and household size. Commercial grease traps go out when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. We show up on time, do the work right and leave the site clean.
How fast can you deliver?
Same day in most cases. Call us and we'll tell you what's available and confirm your location. Bellingham and nearby areas see quick turnaround during slower periods and longer waits during summer construction season.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We rent by the day, week, month or event. Porta potty rental per day and monthly porta potty rental show the cost difference. Pay as you go.
Are your units ADA compliant?
Yes. We stock ADA accessible porta potties that meet ADA Standards section 302.1 and 308.2.1 for stable, firm, slip-resistant surfaces and usable reach heights. Single units and multi-unit clusters conform to the standard.
What if my site needs a handwashing station?
We have them. Handwashing station rental covers work sites where crews handle contaminants and events where guests just need soap and water. We supply the unit, connection and refill service.
Do you serve areas outside Bellingham?
Yes. We cover Bellingham, Mount Vernon, Ferndale, Lynden and Geneva. Call with your address and we'll confirm we can reach you and when.
