How to reach us
Phone is the fastest way to get a real answer. Bellingham Porta Pros staff can tell you what's available today, walk you through portable toilet rental options, discuss septic pumping costs, and schedule delivery. We pick up the phone during business hours.
Email works too. Send a message with details about your project, the type of service, how long you need it, where in Bellingham it's going, and someone will follow up within one business day. Online forms let you request a quote without writing an email from scratch. Most customers get a reply the same day.

What we rent
Standard portable toilets come in daily, weekend and weekly rates. Deluxe flushable units cost more but work better for events where guests expect real restrooms. ADA accessible models meet ADA Standards section 213.2, at least 5 percent of units in a cluster must be accessible, and we can explain placement rules for your site.
Restroom trailers are bigger and cleaner. They're the right choice for weddings, film sets and long construction jobs. Septic pumping handles residential tanks and commercial grease traps; a residential tank typically gets pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on household size. Roll-off dumpsters rent by the day, week or month. Storage containers work for temporary office space, tool storage or debris. Temporary fencing secures the perimeter. Handwashing stations are required on construction sites where crews handle paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1).
Check OSHA portable toilet requirements if you're not sure how many units you need. The rules differ for construction sites versus general industry. We help you get it right.

Questions before you call
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day delivery is often possible if you call before noon. We keep inventory in Bellingham and can roll out standard units and dumpsters quickly. Restroom trailers take longer to set up. Ask when you call and we'll tell you what's realistic for your date.
Do you service what you deliver?
Yes. Weekly service is the standard interval under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 for up to 10 users over a 40-hour week. Longer rentals include regular pumping and cleaning. Shorter rentals like weekend events get service based on the contract. Confirm the schedule when you order.
What happens with portable restroom rental in winter?
Bellingham winters don't freeze units solid but cold does slow tank treatment. We've rented in December and January many times. Tell us the dates and we'll make sure the unit is winterized. Summer is never a problem.
Does a grease trap need pumping more often than a septic tank?
Yes. A grease interceptor gets pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. That's usually 2 to 4 times per year in restaurants. Septic tanks are annual or every few years. Your usage drives the difference.
Can you help us understand dumpster permit requirements?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. We handle logistics but can't speak for municipal rules. Call your city planning office or contact us and we'll help you navigate the question.
